Striking and pretty.
ReplyDeleteI like all the different shades of blue there.
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely, Andrew! The bird and all the colours and details!
ReplyDeleteIt is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteIt's a wonderful mural!
ReplyDeleteSetting, the design and colours ... Nice!
ReplyDeleteIt's very nice, I like blue and white.
ReplyDeleteThat was pretty nimble of you to catch that shot. The mural ("Promise" by "Ox King" aka Stephen Nuttall) is inspired by the legend of Eliza Donnithorne, said by Australians (though it probably isn't true) to have been an inspiration for Miss Haversham in Dickens' "Great Expectations." If I had been able to tempt you to take a look inside the graveyard at St Stephens Camperdown (which we drove past shortly after you took this pic; you resisted the temptation) you could have seen Miss Donnithorne's grave.
ReplyDeleteMC, while I am sure you could tempt me in many ways, no you didn't in that case. Thanks for the information about the mural, and I still have one up my sleeve.
DeleteI like it.
ReplyDeleteIt looks good, Andrew.
ReplyDeleteI can spot an Ibis, a cat and a pigeon among the flowers. Pretty mural Andrew, thanks for participating in Monday Murals :)
ReplyDeleteBig Birds.
ReplyDeleteAs a cat lover, I love that cat!
ReplyDeleteA magnificent wingspan!
ReplyDeleteit is very delicate with the soft blues, Andrew. Nice one.
ReplyDeleteVery nice. I am confused by the cat though. Do you have a species of wild cats?
ReplyDeleteOnly domestic cats gone wild.
DeleteWell I didn't realise that you were pally with Marcellous. He always leaves intelligent, sometimes thought provoking comments on my blog. It's nice that you know each other in real life.
ReplyDeleteHe is educated and a barista, after all.
DeleteLove it. It's very delicate looking. Have a grand one.
ReplyDeleteThat is nice! Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteIt's a bin chicken, right? They're underappreciated birds.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen the mural but there's a good number of good ones in the Inner West
Kylie, yes, your most famous bird.
