A call at 7.45 today from Yarra Trams to say they have Phyllis' phone. He's gone into town to collect it. That got him out of bed early. I've told him I am going to drill a hole in his phone and chain it to him.
If there was a fire in the house and only a few minutes to grab their treasures, most people would grab their phone and laptop, correct? I would also save my most precious family photos, sitting in frames on the book shelf.

Well that is good news!
ReplyDeleteWhen you see so many people wandering around clutching their phones it’s a wonder more don’t get ‘left behind’

ReplyDeleteHe must be very happy!
ReplyDeleteGood to see he's got the phone back. Phones have become the most important thing in our lives. Almost everything is on it!
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many phones a day are left in taxis, on buses, on aeroplanes and elsewhere? Frigging thousands of the bloody things.
ReplyDeleteWhat a relief.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear this.
ReplyDeleteExcellent news
