Oh my, it's a big one, but nothing too wonderful. It was painted on the side of a building in Werribee. Better than a blank wall.

Oh most definitely.
ReplyDeleteGood gracious!
ReplyDeleteMUCH better than a blank wall. I like the bird too.
ReplyDeleteYes, it's much better than a lump of concrete. .
ReplyDeleteIs the bird significant? I envy you your murals. Around here there really aren't any walls for them.
ReplyDeleteIf it is significant Boud, the point was missed to me.
DeleteI looked up Australian birds and now I wonder if it's a wedge tailed eagle, now a threatened species.
DeleteThanks for doing what I should have done, Boud. Yes, that's what it looks like. Endangered? Fairly minor I think. They are protected but all the usual obstacles apply, loss of habitat and disliked by farmers.
Deletethecontemplativecat here. The mural is amazing. How does that get done and by whom!
ReplyDeleteCommercial commission for an artist I expect, CC.
DeleteIt's wonderful enough not to be a blank wall.
ReplyDeleteNot the best but certainly better than a plain grey wall.
ReplyDeleteYes, much nicer that a blank wall!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely better than a blank wall and quite colourful too.
ReplyDeleteBrighten up the world.
ReplyDeleteIt is nice regardless. The colour and the pattern are striking.
ReplyDeleteWas Werribee celebrating an event?
ReplyDeleteNot to my knowledge Hels.
DeleteIt's different.
ReplyDeleteI like it, lots of pattern and colour. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Andrew.
ReplyDeleteA soaring work of art.
ReplyDeleteI imagine there was a competition between playgroups and nursery schools to see who could come up with a design for the end of that building. Won by Bippity Boppity Dance School.
ReplyDeleteI like it, Andrew.
ReplyDeleteI think it's quite wonderful, actually!
