The comedian who recorded what is being played on the car sound system is one Tim Hawkings but I felt like American comedian Bob Newhart would have done it better. Whatever, it made me laugh.
Err, Tim Hawkins is American, but this clip is in a right hand drive car. I think the clip might be Australian.
Sadly PC issues mean I can't hear the clip at the moment - which is a shame. Comedy is always welcome.
ReplyDeleteEC, there are subtitles but it is not quite the same.
DeleteThis couple do a lot of videos of her listening to funny stuff. It's a left hand drive though. I've noticed that videos turn things around, on phones anyway.
ReplyDeletePixie, I must find some more. Thanks for the turn around info. I did wonder that too.
DeleteFortunately, the wife had quite a sense of humor about the whole thing.
ReplyDeleteKirk, yes her reaction really makes the clip.
DeleteCan't seem to get the clip to play. Maybe just my device acting up.
ReplyDeleteSuch things happen JayCee.
DeleteShe's really good with it!
ReplyDeleteShe is, Boud.
DeleteSo the video was flipped from left to right?
ReplyDeleteI don't understand how, Roentare.
DeleteIt's part of the job description:) Sandra sandracox.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteLol Sandra.
DeleteIt did have me giggling!
ReplyDeleteJob done, Bob.
DeleteI am not sure how Tim drives when I am NOT in the car.. I don't know that I talk much though. It is more like an audible intake of breath. Sometimes accompanied by thrown up hands.
ReplyDeleteDebby, and do your ankles ache from the constant braking?
DeleteI'm not listening to that just yet, I'm being "vewwy, vewwy qwiet" pretending to not be home so the neighbour upstairs doesn't come knocking on my door "just to say hello" which usually takes her well over an hour...
ReplyDeleteRiver, never ever invite her in for a cuppa.
DeleteSo the women is a back seat driver..lol good clip Andrew.
ReplyDeleteIt seems so, Margaret.
DeleteBob Newhart was brilliant. He delivered his monologues with such deadpan humour. This was good - I've seen a couple of videos performed by these two. Thank you for the laughs.
ReplyDeleteJB, Bob was absolutely brill. I will have to follow these to up.
DeleteIt always makes me giggle as well. My favourite dog one to go to is Deefa the Dog, but he is a bit sweary (and dead sadly). Watching 'Outnumbered' at the moment, though all the children are grown up now.
ReplyDeleteAnon, a relative years ago had a dog called Deefa. I can't remember who it was.
DeleteI learned to drive like my mother, shouting directions from the passenger seat.
ReplyDeleteThat doesn't sound great, TP.
DeleteThat is very funny.
ReplyDeleteNo hiding from a neighbour now, River.
