Sami will post a mural photo and I can't find the photo of the mural I had planned to use today, but hey, isn't the world is full of bearded men. It's complicated. I am pleased the world is not full of bearded women.

How I wish my partner's beard was that tidy.
ReplyDeleteEC, does he ever fall asleep in a chair? Snip, snip.
DeleteI'm with EC, though my guy shaved it all off this morning to start anew. Meanwhile, years ago I went as a bearded lady for my niece's Halloween wedding and fear fiction is becoming fact. ~sigh~ It's probably time I switch from plucking to waxing. lol Be well!
DeleteDarla, that's a coincidence about the shave. Plucking eventually kills the hair follicle.
DeleteBeards are best in pictures, not on faces around me.
ReplyDeleteHandsome Son must be clean shaven then Boud?
DeleteNo, he's bearded. I don't get a vote.
DeleteVery interesting photo, Andrew.
ReplyDeleteAloha
Thanks Cloudia.
DeleteI clicked on the phot to enlarge it and the detail is amazing. Talented artist.
ReplyDeleteNot quite to the scale of last weeks mural Bob, but pretty good.
DeleteAnother great mural.
ReplyDeleteI don't mind beards. P has one but a lot tidier than that one, which looks a bit unruly... I should think it would tickle.
JayCee, my immediate thought was where would your husband's beard tickle? But I won't say that as it is a very personal question.
DeleteBeard is a cultural totem
ReplyDeleteNicely put, Roentare.
DeleteLook at those blue eyes. I love murals:)
ReplyDeleteSandra sandracox.blogspot.com
The eyes were so well done, Sandra.
DeleteAs often happens, when I read a blog post, off I go to try to figure out what/who/ it is. This is Dr. Andrew Peters, a noted lecturer on indigenous people. But while I was looking, a map came up. Have you seen this: https://streetartcities.com/cities/melbourne
ReplyDeleteDebby, I have not seen the map although I have a couple of mural maps. Thank you so much. The thing about the murals I post is that they are of what I come across when I am out and about.
DeleteOf course, some women are beards.
ReplyDeleteCryptic to me Kirk.
DeleteVery sly there!!
DeleteThe shadow makes it a bit hard to see, but it is a fine mural.
ReplyDeleteRiver, the shadow was bad but there was nothing I could do about it, except return to take another photo.
Deletelol, Andrew. So many men have beards but then they always have. Rather like the mural.
ReplyDeleteMargaret, I am quite man experienced but not bearded men. I like the look of many guys with beards, but in your face? I don't know.
DeleteIt's a good portrait. Not a fan of beards in older men, I think it makes them look older. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Andrew.
ReplyDeleteI agree Sami. But given my already old age, I could grow one. I did try once and after a few days, Ray told me to wash my face.
DeleteA man with a beard had no chance with me ! I hate bearded man they look dirty in my opinion. But today you can count on your finger the ones who don't have a beard and it's the same with the tattoos ! We are going back to the Stone Age !
ReplyDeleteGatttina, while I don't have a beard, I do have two minor tattoos. I am stone age.
DeleteWhat should Beckham say then ? I don't know what was before the Stone Age !
DeleteMy tatts are nothing like Beckham's. I wish I had his looks though.
DeleteI like beards.
ReplyDeleteJust not your own, Jackie.
DeleteWhy did I grow a beard? It is easier than shaving.
ReplyDeleteThe epitome of laziness, TP.
DeleteI’m neutral about beards. Nice mural.
ReplyDeleteAlison in Wales x
Alison, I am too really, with very limited experience of them.
DeleteThere are so many beards around these days. I like most of them.
ReplyDeletePat, they can certainly look good, flattering on some.
