I'm joining with Sami and others for Monday Mural.
It is alert, not threatening but not friendly either.

The lakes are very extensive and singing in my mind, 'a three hour cruise' alarmed me a little. Yes, most of you will get that. Bef...
I like it! :D
ReplyDeleteThat's good Darla.
DeleteI really like that one - and it looks great embiggened too.
ReplyDeleteI never saw it at full size EC.
DeleteIt is a nice one! Unique and provocative
ReplyDeleteProvocative it is, Roentare.
DeleteI like that it seems kind of tucked away; it's a surprise!
ReplyDeleteBob, that's why mural hunting is a thing. They are often tucked away.
DeleteNot bad to see that huge dog down that alleyway in broad daylight but I wouldn't wish to encounter it in the dead of night - perhaps while taking a leak there.
ReplyDeleteYP, you wouldn't be the first to take a leak in one of our laneways. Some pong.
DeleteOf course, you have never done that as you are a responsible citizen.
DeleteOf course not, and as someone who had to hold their bladder at work, there is little excuse. I did once stop a guy midstream without intimate physical intervention who was using our building's entrance fountain as his pissoir.
DeleteLooks like very short legs, must be part Corgi.
ReplyDeleteThe legs look a bit out of proportion River, or maybe not for a Corgi.
DeleteThe pooch looks a little spooked.
ReplyDeleteKirk, maybe it is out of its territory, or maybe there is approaching thunder.
DeleteIt's a lovely painting of a dog...I like it.
ReplyDeleteMargaret, I was surprised I hadn't published it before, as it is quite good.
DeleteOoh...those eyes...
ReplyDeleteYes Jay Cee, the eyes have it.
DeleteIt's a lovely dog. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Andrew.
ReplyDeleteI thought so too Sami. Thanks.
DeleteThat looks like a reliable guard dog.
ReplyDeleteJB, very much alert and watching.
DeleteIt's fun and whoever created it is so talented
ReplyDeleteAlison in Wales x
Alison, it is quite a good work of art.
DeleteAlways wait quietly for the dog to reach out to you.
ReplyDeleteTP, with its jaws wide open.
DeleteWow! That's quite stunning, sort of, with a three-dimensional effect!
ReplyDelete(My latest post: UK Tour 06 - Beamish Museum)
Pradeep, yes almost three dimensional, thanks.
DeleteA working dog! Iconic and very Oz.
ReplyDeleteDebby, it really has working dog eyes.
DeleteI always like to see a dog mural and that is a good one, Andrew.
ReplyDeleteI think so Pat, thanks.
DeleteSo vibrant and big! With a real sense of individuality and a captured moment. I really like that. Andrew. Thank you so much for your visits and comments, which I appreciate. We both live in high-rises in the Pacific world and enjoyed long relationships. I so relate to what you are going through. My own partner is 84 and starting to show some memory issues. Job one is appreciating this day, this hour, and what I have. Not to let fear take a toe hold. Please accept my support and Aloha from my side of the big pond.
ReplyDeleteThanks Cloudia. Your thoughts are lovely and good luck with your journey into the unknown for you, but trodden by so many.
DeleteI like your header photo with the sweeping view and the light play!
ReplyDeleteCloudia, I probably should change it at times but I like it.
