Monday Mural hands

I'm joining with Sami for Monday Mural.

I am unsure where I took this. It's nice. Of course if I look at my Google timeline after establishing the date I took the photo and I could see where I was and probably remember, but that takes time. As I keep telling you, I am a retired person and I don't have a lot of spare time.

This one was taken in behind Cafe L'incontro with Council House 2 to the right. I think the naming of the lane is recent, Rainbow Alley, complete with a rainbow street sign.

  1. I like both, but prefer the first.
On the no time now you are retired front: Not long after he retired my father said that he didn't know how he had found the time to go to work. I inwardly sneered at the time, but totally understand now.

    1. It seems we all prefer the first EC. You know, the fault about time lies with us. What we have to do expands to fill the time available. Maybe not so much for you who needs more downtime.

  3. Perhaps you should turn your hand to murals? I am sure you could create something interesting and different!

    1. Caro, I am not at all artistic but now in my older years, I think I could create art because my thinking process is better.

    1. Dora, I doubt you will ever be bored. You have an interest in so many things and a family.

  6. The first one is amazing. It has a three-dimensional effect.

  8. Murals certainly brighten up the place. As for retirement and the lack of time therein - I agree!

    1. JabBlog, I am sure we expand everything we do to fit the time available, leaving little time for anything else.

  10. Time and the retired person. That made me laugh. I can relate. I love both murals. I can't help but noticed that there is one hand gesture missing from the last, however. It may have been intentional.

    1. Debby, I think you may use your retired time rather more productively than I do. Yes, there are a couple of gestures missing.

    1. ME, the retirement time seems to be common complaint but we don't really care, do we.
