Musical Monday

The is amazing orchestral work by the Danish National Symphony Orchestra. It is best heard with decent ear pieces. Don't forget that there are great camera people, sound recordists and video editors behind such a clip.

  2. What a fantastic clip. I loved all the different instruments and the smiles on the faces of the performers. I think they got a kick out of it, too.

    1. Caro, yes the musicians really looked like they were having fun and enjoying themselves. I can't get over the 'wha wha' singer.

    1. Margaret, there is indeed a lot going on. Yes, the arrangement was terrific. I haven't checked but I think it was written as a film theme.

    2. The characters played by Clint Eastwood and Eli Wallach stage a fake hanging near the beginning of the movie. The subject of hanging come up several more times throughout the film, including its ending.

    1. TP, I am guilty of bailing out before the end of a clip but I didn't with this one.

    1. Hels, I don't think you can make really good music if you are not enjoying the experience.
