ReplyDeleteMural depicting Paris perhaps.? So being the stickybeak that I am indeed there is a French connection and there is for an example a French cheese maker making beautiful cheese. who was awarded a Chevalier something or other and apparently the Empyre hotel is French themed

DeleteAt first look this reminded me of the images drawn by a famous Indian cartoonist, Mario Miranda. A faint resemblance in the strokes and details.
