It seems like the good people of Scotland did not welcome #47 to their country. Absolutely marvellous. Not only is he mad as a meat axe, he is also a felon, a grabber of female pussy, a rapist, a corrupt official in office, a breaker of so many laws and the constitution, a person who may have had sex with underage females, and, he is also a golf cheat, as was proved by his caddy moving a golf ball to make a hit easier.
Give it to him Scotland, and the people did.

https://ca.news.yahoo.com/brutal-scottish-protest-signs-welcoming-151347242.html I really like the restrained number 29.
I kind of wish #47 would visit Australia and see if we can receive him any better than Scotland did. While not in huge numbers, anti Vietnam war protestors disturbed the visit of President Lyndon B. Johnston well above the weight of their numbers, with a lie down protest, and egg and paint throwing at the motorcades.
Go Scotland:) Thanks for sharing that.

Scots are very no nonsense types, Sandra.
DeleteGood job, Scotland! I despise him, too.
ReplyDeleteDeb, any right thinking person would despise him.
DeleteOh, did he visit Scotland? Must have missed that on the news here.
ReplyDeleteJayCee, if not for the protests, I would have missed it too.
DeleteI LOVE their protests, especially the bagpipes!
ReplyDeleteBob, weren't the bagpipes so good, and the comments quite clever.
DeleteScottish and Irish are the best fun people to watch in doing anything they do
ReplyDeleteThey are Roentare. The further north you travel from London to Scotland, people become more friendly and funny.
DeleteInciting insurrection on 6th Jan was even worse than cheating at golf.
ReplyDeleteHels, neither of us has the time to list the wrongs of #47. He is simply a disgusting pig.
DeleteThat’s entertainment? Meanwhile ……the world has created this media monster and any publicity for him whether good or bad he uses as a sledgehammer to further his Napoleonic aspirations. Tinpot dictators generally fade away but this monster thrives on hatred and ridicule and turns it into a punishing weapon. The less said and written about himq the better
ReplyDeleteI appreciate your view, and yes publicity feeds him. But I can't agree that people in Scotland ridiculing him is at all to his advantage. As I see it, MAGA types seeing their heor disrespected around the world might just make them wonder.
DeleteMay he get similar treatment in whatever country he visits, even his own. Especially his own.
ReplyDeleteI agree Kirk. Btw, I have downloaded a podcast about some balloon disaster? in your fair city. I have heard about it before, but I can't remember what happened now. I will listen to the ten minute podcast tomorrow.
DeleteThat happened back in the 1980s, Andrew. A local charity decided to raise money by breaking the Guiness World Record on the number of balloons released at a single time. The balloons didn't land where they were supposed to or something and ended up snarling up traffic and causing problems at the airport. A publicity stunt gone wrong.
DeleteIf he visits Australia I would hope that everyone stays at home behind locked doors so he knows how much we (me) dislike him.
ReplyDeleteRiver, I wonder if that is a better course of action than protests. I've always liked the idea of silent protests.
DeleteCertainly not the ideal person to be #47 in my book.
ReplyDeleteR has the right idea, all stay home - they say, silence is golden.
Margaret, that could be a good way to protest, and give him no media coverage during his visit. But it is not for media to judge.
DeletePerhaps media will take your hint?
DeleteUnlikely, River.
DeleteI feel the guilt as our prime minister went down to Scotland to meet him. But though the Scots did well, the Irish are even better.
ReplyDeleteI reckon the Irish would be, Thelma. It would have been nice if Sir Keef snubbed him.
DeleteWe'd be glad to send him there.
ReplyDeleteTP, maybe I wasn't thinking correctly when I wrote that.
DeleteThank goodness he's gone home again.
ReplyDeleteJB, and he didn't bother you down south, this time.
DeleteI believe he lives in a bubble (you remember the human printer passing him only good news?) and is kept there by his sycophants. He's the most evil monster who has ever walked the earth BUT 1/3 of the USA voted for him which alarms me more than anything else..
ReplyDeleteXO
WWW
I know, I know, WWW. If all minority groups of various kinds voted, he would not be there.
DeleteI love the expression "mad as a meat axe," though I have no idea what it means.
ReplyDeleteSteve, I've never thought about that expression. I wonder how it arose?
DeleteI try not to think about him but it is hard to avoid the news.
ReplyDeleteYes, Pat, and talk about being over reported, here at least.
