I'm joining with Sami and others for Monday Mural. The poor woman appears to have been asphyxiated by a large object being placed on her neck. Police say there are no suspicious circumstances.

That other face looks a bit premeditated though.
ReplyDeleteI agree Boud. Quite threatening.
DeleteI do hope that the police at least talked to the somewhat manic woman standing above her though...
ReplyDeleteIndeed EC. She looks guilty.
DeleteGlad I don't live opposite that.
ReplyDeleteI never thought about that JayCee, but you are right.
DeleteLooks like a little girl trying to asphyxiate the lady there too.
ReplyDeleteCould be Roentare. The woman in repose does look somewhat dead.
DeleteStrange place to take a nap. I wonder if she is related to Lemuel Gulliver.
ReplyDeleteShe does look large compared to head of the lass standing above her.
DeleteThat is a very strange mural.
ReplyDeleteI think it is Caro, but it is certainly generating comments.
DeleteGet off our necks.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on, and stay safe.
Dora, someone is pressing down on you.
DeleteWell I have to laugh at that Andrew :) still grinning...it's an ok mural though.
ReplyDeleteNo sympathy for the poor lass then Margaret!
DeleteThe window to her dreams perhaps?
ReplyDeleteRiver, I hope her dreams were met.
DeleteWow!
ReplyDeleteA good wow I hope Pradeep.
DeleteUnfortunate!
ReplyDeleteJB, if she is deaded, it is most unfortunate.
DeleteStrange lady- you certainly find them Andrew….where on earth was this and I wonder what on earth the artist was trying to say
ReplyDeleteI would guess Fitzroy or somewhere similar, Cathy.
ReplyDeleteIf the artist had started at her head and worked down, she would have lived.
ReplyDeleteYes TP. She would have.
DeleteThat's just weird.
ReplyDeleteSteve, without my comments, would it still be weird?
DeletePity about the window, they could have painted her with the feet by the window. A bit of a strange mural, the proportions seem wrong. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Andrew.
ReplyDeleteI originally thought she was dead or sleeping. Now I see she was dead. I hope the police find the answers and question the girl standing over her. This is one strange find, Andrew.
ReplyDeleteYes, trust me B&E to come up with something weird.
DeleteHow odd. The other figure does look a bit crazed so she should be the 1st suspect.
ReplyDeleteThere is pretty well consensus on that Pat.
DeleteI think the disturbing visage above looks a lot like the prone woman. What a creepy thought if her daughter killed her. ~shudders~ I prefer bucolic murals but appreciate the sentiment.
ReplyDeleteDarla, it was the daughter who dun it then. We've saved a lot of police time.
