ReplyDeleteMaribeth, not really ok for many in my state and it is ongoing. Our land is very flat and flood waters move slowly. There will be flooding of towns for a week perhaps as the water slowly drains away.

DeleteBy the sound of it - you need a blogging enthusiasm transfusion Andrew. I think that I would be the same. Losing a blog that was nurtured for almost twenty years must be almost like losing a best friend. But please keep trying to learn how to cycle once again. You have a lot of supporters.

Steve, the murals are very old so it's interesting that there is a web address. At least I have a ready readership for the new, which is very nice.

DeleteI like the murals very much, they're colourful and cheerful. As for the flooding, I see on my opening news page that many rural roads are collapsing because of it and will take much moola to be fixed, and all the homes being so damaged just makes me so sad. NSW is in the same boat I believe.
ReplyDeleteThanks River. The floods are very sad. It is wrong that new houses are being built on floodplains. I hope the remake the roads properly even if temporary measures have to be put in place.
