I hit one key and my whole post disappeared, leaving me only with an aitch. Strangely the labels for the post remain. Ah well, plenty of stuffs for you to see elsewhere on the net.
Maybe I will put something up later that is already baked.

I had a nice weekend away. The hotel was not that posh but quite nice, and on the Geelong waterfront. Unbeknownst to me until an hour or so ...
thecontemplativecat here. I feel your pain.
ReplyDeleteI've done that, tried to retrieve what I lost, and ended up losing a lot more. Best to err and move on.
ReplyDeleteOoops - maybe you’ll be able to recreate it another day
ReplyDeleteThat happened to me lately too. A lot of glitches
ReplyDeleteI am sick and tired of losing word files during the last year and now send an interim copy of each to the beloved. Still frustrating for me, but at least it avoids the awfulness of facing a largely blank screen.
ReplyDeleteI can imagine what you wrote just from the labels. It makes it quicker than having to read the blogpost itself. After "h" will you be moving on to "i"?
ReplyDeleteI am too tired for a long comment, and so I leave you with 'i'. Add it to your 'h' please.
ReplyDeleteI had that happen a couple of times, it's so damn annoying! I tried to recreate by memory, but for a while I wrote stuff using word and copy pasted it to my blog.
ReplyDeleteIrritating, to say the least!
ReplyDeleteI type blog posts in MSWord first and still get frustrated at times. Best wishes on future endeavors.
