Sami and others join in Monday Murals. What do I have stored up my sleeve?
Time to clear some old ones. Ok, the last three taken in 2023. They are all great, in my opinion, with the second clearly being a commissioned work.

As has happened around the world, Australia is dangerously close to a swing to the extremist far right, with our political party One Nation....
Great murals, Andrew!!!
ReplyDeleteThey are great! I managed to get a reservation for Cafe Spinoza for a Friday concert and set meal.
ReplyDeleteThe first one reminds me a little of a dress I bought as a young teen back in the psychedelic era.
ReplyDeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteMy problem with murals is they are either too well photographed for me to bother or I don't think to take the snap until far too late! I think that all three deserve recompense to the artist.
ReplyDeleteI really puzzled over that last mural. I noticed the cup and thought to compare it to a coffee bean plant. I don't think I remember seeing one before. Very cool.
ReplyDeleteWhat the story behind the phoenix motel.
ReplyDeleteI enlarged the middle one to see it better, I LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteThe yellow umbrellas look so good in the middle one. That is an awesome mural for sure, Andrew. The others look nice too.
ReplyDeleteGreat finds Andrew. My favourite is the third one. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals.
ReplyDeletethey're well done. But all a little bit creepy
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of murals, they always seem so overblown but having watched the mural days it is obviously an art form.
ReplyDeleteWonderful mural works
ReplyDeleteI definitely want to snap a shot of these too
ReplyDeletethe first one has some nice bright colors.
ReplyDeleteThose are all so good.
ReplyDeleteI really like the 2nd one, Andrew.
ReplyDeleteIn my humble opinion, The Phoenix Hotel deserves a flock of phoenixes.
ReplyDeleteI hope Jack Daniels paid for that second one! What are the plants in the third one? Some kind of tea? (Guessing because of the cup and the service window.)
ReplyDeleteI really don't know Steve.
